Braughing
Braughing
Heavy thatch warms with the drying of the morning dew. Black oak and whitewash lean together, as crooked shoulders framing lush greens. No wheels carve the dust today. No voices spill from the warped, leaded panes. Even the ancient elms stand breathless, holding their leaves perfectly still in the Sabbath heat.
